学术水平：好多年没有SCI，指导学生基本乱来。在学院声名狼藉，获得博后资格后从未招到博士生。科研经费：就那几个科研基金，折腾来师生关系：师生关系两方面： 1、对自己的学生：谩骂学生，将学生当私人公司的苦力。 2、对自己的老师：被自己的导师王晓昌和师兄们赶出了学院5楼实验室。学生前途：不让毕业季学生出去实习，找工作都得请假
