导师辨识特征：办公室在药基楼，高，长得正派有点小愤青学术水平：二级教授，学术水平高科研经费：有国基经费充足学生补助：学生补助不清楚师生关系：对学生还挺好的，允许自由发表言论，有的同学激动起来也跟他争论但是不记仇，而且学生错会纠正，自己错会承认工作时间：不打卡学生前途：学术肯定有收获，其他的前途得靠自己
