导师辨识特征：博导，为人霸气，较有魄力。对权力及金钱的渴望可能大于科研，绝不是小人。 学术水平：所有领域都想尝试。 科研经费：还算大方。 学生补助：经费充足则有，得意门生则多。 师生关系：要一作，杂活多，有补贴。 工作时间：工作日打卡 学生前途：上能做实验写论文，下能搞装修拍马屁。能坚持下来，真就还好。
