导师辨识特征：老师年轻有为，为人和蔼可亲。学术水平：学术水平高，写了很多SCI，研究能力没得说，超强。科研经费：经费充足，项目多。学生补助：学生补助高，保证最基本的补助，按劳分配，多劳多得。师生关系：尊重学生，学术氛围浓厚，亦师亦友。工作时间：正常的工作时间，很少加班。学生前途：允许实习，前途嘛，绝对不差。
