导师辨识特征：基础医学院实验楼四楼学术水平：据很多相关学生透露其学术能力差，只能询问与课题组不相关的老师。毕业论文也透露得自己想办法。科研经费：据学校附属医院的学生和实验室相关学生透露在做2007年的一个课题，其他课题不了解，经费相当紧张。学生补助：这个课题组无任何补助。师生关系：了解到有好几届学生有退学和换导师的行为。工作时间：不打卡学生前途：靠自己找工作，读博人数很少。
