导师辨识特征：这事儿就成了；琢磨琢磨 学术水平：直觉惊人！ 科研经费：项目很多，项目经费自然很多 学生补助：硕士500，博士1000 师生关系：管理型人才，师生关系一般吧，个别很好，个别很差 工作时间：要求硕士8h/day，博士10h/day 学生前途：不允许实习，以锻炼学生综合能力为目标。。。硕士工作和研究方向一般不一致
