导师辨识特征：常德口音，个子不高，气质好学术水平：学术水平佳科研经费：退休返聘老师，没很多经费学生补助：退休返聘，现在的学生补助不多师生关系：没有杂活，学术上会给予学生指导，学生要主动寻求帮助，没事不会联系学生工作时间：没有要求学生前途：允许实习，学生毕业后工作读博的都有
