导师辨识特征：贵州人，说话稍微有点平翘舌，头发稀疏，戴眼镜学术水平：优青加青千，最近在冲击杰青科研经费：充足，有好几个在研项目学生补助：按天津大学标准来的师生关系：对学生要求过于严格，基本要求全勤无休。有时甚至还要帮他看孩子等杂事。脾气不好。接受不了的话慎重考虑。工作时间：打卡，巡视。学生前途：学术水平业界还是挺认的。工作实习基本得靠自己努力。抓科研抓得紧，实习可能没空
