学术水平：真正的科学家，即使没有院士头衔也是科研经费：理论上不差钱，工资并不比其他课题组高。干活非常多，下面的小鬼不饶人师生关系：改好，就是和你没啥关系。就事论事。学生前途：不会在乎学生前途的。
