学术水平：没啥学术水平，倚老卖老，修改论文就是扯皮，改标点符号科研经费：没项目，没经费学生补助：论文又要第一作者又要通讯作者，脾气大，总喜欢站在道德制高点指责别人。找她办再小的事，比登天都难师生关系：没啥出路，没课题没项目的实验室，除了学会受气啥也学不到
