导师辨识特征：老师看起来很年轻，看起来和研究生一样大学术水平：将近十篇顶刊，无数篇sci，发文章能力很强科研经费：国家青千，经费很多，也舍得给学生花钱学生补助：700 师生关系：尊重学生，尽可能给学生提供各种帮助，指导论文及其细心。工作时间：推荐好好科研，但也不强制工作时间。学生前途：学术上肯定没有问题，老师科研水平很高，而且年轻。
