导师辨识特征：满头白发，行知楼一楼学术水平：论文很多，全靠压榨学生来的科研经费：科研经费不少，但是人扣的不行学生补助：每月一百块，不能再多了师生关系：办公室什么都不管，各种杂活儿都给学生干工作时间：每天打卡上下班学生前途：没什么前途，学生全靠自己找工作
