自证认识导师：湖北口音学术水平：只讲事实，论文数量也引用爆表，理论功底深厚。科研经费：青年教师拿到了该拿的“青基”，也拿到了难拿的“面上” 师生关系：很实在的老师，不搞虚头巴脑的东西。学生前途：学生文章多，毕业选择余地大。
