导师辨识特征：可爱，普通身高，人很nice，很好的导师学术水平：学术极其认真严谨，对学生要求很严格科研经费：经费还行学生补助：尊重学生，不安排多的杂活儿，还给学生发劳务费，对学生很关心，要求比较严格，师生关系都比较良好师生关系：允许实习，年轻导师，学生工作还需自己多多努力
