导师辨识特征：踢球不错，有时候组织男生一起踢，但是前几年脚伤了学术水平：学述追求高，科研扎实，活跃在一线科研经费：经费充足，学生设备不错师生关系：师生关系很好，倍受学生尊重工作时间：不用打卡学生前途：鼓励实习，找工作提供帮助

导师辨识特征：导师对学生总会是建议而不是要求，很亲和。学术水平：老师擅长模型，对机器学习问题会抓住问题特点抽象出数学模型。之前的工作大多发表在机器学习计算机视觉顶级会议期刊上。科研经费：人均1-2张gpu，实验有希望会再加硬件，经费充足且积极支持科研。学生补助：西北地区都这个水平，但是假期会给不少津贴。师生关系：会关心学生状态，对科研进展尤其上心。工作时间：不打卡，自由成长学生前途：阿里巴巴，腾讯，港科大。。都是香饽饽
