学术水平：学术水平很高，JACS，Angew随便发的老师科研经费：科研经费超级足，在组里完全不用担心钱不够用的问题师生关系：师生关心良好十分关心学生经常和学生一起打手游而且自己也会肝学生前途：允许实习毕业后的学生大多活跃在学术圈内
