导师辨识特征：少数民族，今年评上了优青，拿了国家五四青年奖章学术水平：学术前沿性:一般学术论文:论文数量多，偏理论研究工程应用:这个很一般，论文成果基本都是从模型到模型。一套算法换n个对象水各种文章。科研经费：纵向经费多，横向经费少。学生补助：按正常水平发师生关系：会抢学生一作。学生前途：去工业界没有市场。出路就是读博士，进高校。
