导师辨识特征：912大楼，倪老师很有气质，温文尔雅，也很干练学术水平：课题组方向较新颖，个人有多大成就要看自己愿意花费多少精力去钻研科研经费：用于科研的经费充足，发的学生津贴虽不是最多的，也达到中上等了，多劳多得学生补助：生活上关心学生，尊重学生。学习上对学生要求严格，期望学生成材师生关系：没有过延毕的学生
