导师辨识特征：年老师是甘肃武威人，为人和善。学术水平：课题组现在要求论文最起码要sci2区或者ieee trans 科研经费：经费充足学生补助：老师会有一定的额外补助师生关系：非常融洽，老师人品很好工作时间：学生工作时间比较自由，只要老师交代的任务能够完成，老师不会在乎你在不在实验室学生前途：因为文章水平要求比较高，读博有优势，就业水平还是看自己
