导师辨识特征：190+ 大高个学术水平：前沿topic，想出的idea都很棒，团队年轻科研经费：SUTD给新老师都有很多funding，不愁学生补助：PhD的funding都是新加坡教育部给的师生关系：大家都用slack，沟通方便，每次都是face-to-face的meeting，会聊新闻，生活工作时间：欧洲人作息，weekday only 学生前途：SUTD新学校新faculty，还没学生graduated
