学术水平：软件也不会，论文水平也差，抢学生一作科研经费：年轻老师哪有什么科研经费师生关系：喜欢吹牛逼，每次给本科生上课就要讲他去加拿大留学，讲几节课。对上阿谀奉承，对学生消极打击，典型小人性格。学生前途：不管学生工作，不给推荐
