导师辨识特征：儒雅中年男人，戴眼镜，休闲装。学术水平：本行业专业水平过硬科研经费：项目一直有，够每年的实验支出学生补助：平均水平师生关系：关系融洽，该干的活就好好干，时间比较自由，有问题随时可以联系工作时间：比较灵活，没有打卡，学生们很自律，不误事。学生前途：导师会不遗余力帮学生找机会，推荐单位多是行业相关企业。如果想改行，就得靠自己努力了。
