导师辨识特征：之前是院长，现在国外到处跑学术水平：没有任何学术水平，建议任何有学术志向的学生千万别报考科研经费：科研经费非常之多，号称身价四千万。拿学生当廉价劳动力使用（而且做得事情完全与学术无关），一天100元不到。学生补助：无师生关系：不管学生，几年唯一见面是在酒桌上。学生前途：允许实习，在学术道路基本止步
