学术水平：学术水平一流，30岁就发表nature子刊，能力很强科研经费：经费很多，话都手软学生补助：补助很多，根本不缺东西，在浙大高收入了师生关系：相处融洽，没有push，每周一报，编程硬件的东西接触的也会比较多工作时间：不加班，周末嗨起来学生前途：工业街去大公司妥妥的，学术界去top10镀金也是手到擒来
