导师辨识特征：办公室在有机楼303 学术水平：论文成果较为出色学生补助：硕士400博士800 工作时间：不打卡，时间非常自由，需要自己自觉学生前途：原则上不允许兼职，但时间非常自由，所以…… 出国读博的学生比较多，也有国内读博的，找工作的比较少
