导师辨识特征：东北口音，语气不好，学术上崇洋媚外，全院学生和老师公认的令人讨厌的老师，没有之一学术水平：学术水平一般般，崇洋媚外的好手科研经费：没有经费学生补助：看学院能给得起多少，4000澳门元，折RMB3400-3500，勉勉强强够用师生关系：教育类没有实验室，不尊重学生，论文喜欢自己搞，杂活一大堆，还没报酬工作时间：规定一周9小时，超了不知道多少倍，占用学习、休息时间，她自己什么都不干学生前途：干杂活，工具人，什么都学不到
