导师辨识特征：人很白净，看上去就只有三十岁出头学术水平：做有机催化的，科研努力程度非常高，很拼的一个老师科研经费：中了几个项目吧，经费蛮足的学生补助：院里平均水平师生关系：科研上狠抓，但是对学生很nice，为学生前途着想，不会卡人，也不会安排做多余的杂活，非常有责任心的老师工作时间：不打卡，早上八点到下午五点，晚上没硬性要求学生前途：一半深造（帮推荐），一半就业
