自证认识导师：田老师在化学院是出了名的好的，而且要能力有能力，要颜值有颜值 学术水平：在AFM，AM等高端杂志上刊登多篇高质量学术论文 科研经费：经费充足，做测试，买实验需要的材料，从不吝啬，都是买买买 学生补助：很弹性，有年终奖哟 师生关系：出了名的脾气好，能亲自跑的财务什么的从来都是自己来 工作时间：不让学生加班，所以我们也不知道老师加不加班 学生前途：老师很有想法，按时完成任务，毕业很顺利的
