学术水平：学术能力应该不是很强吧，不过是浙大cad毕业的，所以不会差。科研经费：实验室这几年越来越好了，设备也越来越多师生关系：对学生不要太好，处处替学生着想，把学生送往深圳先进研究院，厦大，中科大等地方交流，帮学生找实习，不吝啬。学生前途：河海这个学校，学生前途本来就不行，。。。一般也就中兴华为吧，目前没有bat级别的选手
