导师辨识特征：办公室在4楼 妻子在MCPF做technician 学术水平：基本都在做商业化，产业化，基本不指导，只能自求多福 科研经费：比较少 师生关系：喜欢听小报告，承诺的事情总是关键时不兑现，但是喜欢画大饼以此来控制学生 工作时间：经常突击检查，不在就会生气 学生前途：因为学生普遍缺乏系统的科研训练，只有极少数拼命自学成才，出去独立。
