导师辨识特征：副院长，主讲微生物学术水平：学术水平在河大还可以，放眼学术界则数不着。科研经费：经费充足。学生补助：一般。师生关系：对学生还比较善良。但是条件确实一般，帮不到太多。工作时间：一般。学生前途：在河大除非是大牛学生，前途都一般，靠自己。
