导师辨识特征：老师什么都懂。学术水平：学术水平就是渣渣，感觉都跟不上时代了。官僚气息严重，还总喜欢自夸。学生补助：200-400 师生关系：师兄毕业后基本都不接他的电话。工作时间：8:00-23:00 学生前途：不允许实习，根本不管学生的前途，进入就是干苦力。
