导师辨识特征：穿着得体，一看就很正。学术水平：研究的方向较为前沿。对待科研十分认真。科研经费：很少接横向课题学生补助：院里算高的师生关系：很好的。汪老师特别和蔼，对学生也很尊重。工作时间：不打卡。靠自觉。学生前途：允许实习。
