自证认识导师：本科生《自控元件与伺服系统》负责教自控元件部分《航天飞行器设计》卫星部分学术水平：飞控所的老师，航天这块本来就不是很容易出好文章，但是老师的学术水平在教学上能体现出来，个人认为学术水平很好，想法很前沿科研经费：不清楚学生补助：不清楚师生关系：尊重学生工作时间：比较松，很轻松学生前途：军工企业之类的比较多
