学术水平：课题组学术氛围浓厚，招的都是尖子生，老师学术水平很高，技术型领导。比心~ 科研经费：经费充足，老师拉钱能力很强，有干细胞研究的传统，成果瞩目。师生关系：完美的上下关系，高度模仿体制内，老师心地善良，慈眉善目，很关心学生学生前途：老师桃李满天下，遍布五洲四海，以科研能力较强的为主。
