学生补助：1000以上师生关系：尊重学生，不安排杂活，一切以学生毕业为主，让学生干活会给学生发报酬，基本500一天。特别负责，不压迫学生。对学生大方，改论文及时，不会拖，实乃良心导师，推荐报考！工作时间：不打卡，工作日，周末自愿！一周一次组会，主要汇报文献。学生前途：实习不太清楚，只要不耽误毕业进程就可以。
