导师辨识特征：个子不高，脸圆圆的，挺可爱。学术水平：有小孩要带，大部分心思不在科研上了。专注发专利，很少发文章。科研经费：不多。学生补助：就是学校标准，该发的就发。师生关系：和学生关系很好，没有老师的架子，会和学生风趣开玩笑。工作时间：不需要打卡，也不开组会，比较自由，就看老师什么时候来实验室查岗。
