导师辨识特征：办公室1号楼2楼学术水平：三分以下不少，大多是临床型文章科研经费：不太宽裕学生补助：因为经费不宽裕，现在只发博士补助，硕士不发了师生关系：关系和谐，基本不会骂人工作时间：没有硬性要求学生前途：实在找不到工作还是会帮帮忙的
