导师辨识特征：口头禅：好嘛学术水平：主要研究钢桥，疲劳等方向，但目前承接横向项目（施工监控）很多，科研项目较少。科研经费：钱一般不是问题，老师很好说话学生补助：400-800每月不等，看老师心情师生关系：师生关系良好，老师性格随和，尊重学生意见。工作时间：不打卡，视项目要求不定期出差，但若无项目节假日不要求留校，时间较自由。学生前途：允许实习，但单位推荐较少，质量一般。
