导师辨识特征：力建学院副院长，年轻有为，给本科和硕士讲钢结构和建筑抗震设计。学术水平：学术水平在学院是最有潜力的，理论功底深科研经费：科研经费充足，基本是纵向课题，横向项目少学生补助：好几百，在力建学院属于中上水平师生关系：学生有暑假，平时和学生交流较多工作时间：正常，不打卡。学生前途：硕士毕业找工作都挺好
