导师辨识特征：以人为本学术水平：中国电力电子领域排名前99.999%，中国科研的希望，未来院士有力竞争者科研经费：项目多，经费充足学生补助：依情况而定师生关系：以人为本，但不以学生为本，所以学生不算人。性格很随性，可能很严厉也能很放松，但是自己课题组学生非常严格。工作时间：996是前提学生前途：实习是不可能实习的，这辈子都不可能有实习的
