学术水平：老想做高精尖的东西却舍不得花钱，想法总是排列组合，没什么实质的用处科研经费：经费还算行，但是却很抠不愿意给学生用，而且项目基本上都让学生写学生补助：二百还嫌多师生关系：自私自利型，经常取快递，报账什么的，工作时间：自己经常迟到，要求学生必须按时到，喜欢在周日休息时间开组会，半夜打电话占用休息时间学生前途：实习一般不允许，方向没用不适合找工作，论文都是材料的水刊
