导师辨识特征：江宁新科研大楼，男，身高160，体型胖学术水平：在本校读的硕博，然后留校，没发过什么好文章，学术水平很一般科研经费：经费紧张，人也抠学生补助：一学期800，基本可以忽略师生关系：关系很一般，大家比较烦他吧，因为对学生作息时间要求严格，没法自己自由安排学习和生活。工作时间：他最奇葩的一点，就是对作息时间管理很严格，早八点半到晚上九点半，每天查岗至少三次学生前途：不和他有矛盾应该可以按期毕业，就是可能没什么文章
