导师辨识特征：找他去院长办公室 师生关系：师生关系非常好，对女同学非常关心，甚至把自己闲置的住房提供给女生集体住。对男生要求就非常苛刻，苛刻到令人崩溃，心理承受力不高的男生不要选他。老师偶尔很自私，和他关系不大的事情他不会重视的，即使是那件事情对学生而言真的很重要。 学生前途：研究生读完只能保证不用像本科生那样去生产线倒班。
