导师辨识特征：个子较高，温和，521 学术水平：逻辑严谨，能从大方向上抓科研经费：项目挺多的学生补助：跟着项目走师生关系：老师很温和，像家里的长辈，也经常带我们交流感情工作时间：除了有项目的时候，其他没有要求学生前途：唔显然是不能实习的，但是师兄师姐资源比较广
