学术水平：学术水平还可以，即使自己不是很懂的方向也会积极的向其他业内老师求助科研经费：经费充足，就是人手不足师生关系：其乐融融学生前途：2017年是燃料电池发展的元年，稀缺这方面的人才，所以以后就业或者深造都比较有前途
