导师辨识特征：老校部五楼学术水平：还在科研一线，和国外很多高校有合作科研经费：经费比较充足学生补助：正常水平师生关系：无硬性时间要求，老师从不生气工作时间：同上学生前途：允许实习，但老师横向相对比较少
