导师辨识特征：跑步时开会学术水平：极高，海院扛把子，国家千人，美国工业界大佬，模拟和射频经验非常丰富科研经费：5楼老师的经费只有他的零头的零头那么多学生补助：还不错师生关系：平易近人没有架子，除非有人干得很过分否则不会骂人工作时间：午休和体育锻炼不受限制，周末不做要求，但是流片前很辛苦学生前途：找工作非常OK
