导师辨识特征：南方口音带东北味学术水平：本硕博与工作后从事的是四种不同专业，基础不够扎实科研经费：项目较多，科研经费在学科内比较充裕学生补助：300或500或没有，出差一天有补助师生关系：对女生比对男生好，会给学生提供参加会议的机会工作时间：无硬性规定，但是工作任务要按时完成学生前途：靠自己实力说话，老师基本帮不上忙
