自证认识导师：在天大，联合研究院，上海科大均有学生。学术水平：在结构生物学方面造诣还行学生补助：补助较少，表现不好会扣除师生关系：学生严重区别对待。工作时间：这个无要求学生前途：不允许，基本没前途
